The outdoor area was sweet as for arvo drinks, but the breakfast was a bit simple and the shower was tiny. Still, the staff were heaps friendly and helpful!

Very pretty and fabulous rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice staff members on the reception desk.
Quite small bathroom, a bit outdated room.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, just a short walk away from Quartiere San Lorenzo. Further, it was near to the attractions of Rome, Vatican, Spanish Steps and Termini Train Station and a Metro. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with a double bed. A minibar, a storage space, and a sofa set were a very nice touch.

We recommend this hotel, spent here romantic 1 night. We thoroughly enjoyed this property, it was original and overall clean. Its location was excellent, away from Termini main train station, and in a safe area...

Consider asking for a kettle at reception for hot drinks, as it isn't provided in the rooms. The outdoor garden area is perfect for relaxation.

the building was beautiful and it had a lovely courtyard
the breakfast selection was extremely poor the room was very smal and it had paper walls. every noise from our neighbours rooms and from the street was echoed in our room as if they were in with us. not as close to metro as described they tried to overcharge us for the minibar bill.

Braw stay! The breakfast was a real treat, with scrambled eggs and fresh pastries that got me goin' every mornin'. The only downside? The location felt a wee bit rough around the edges. But the friendly staff made up for it! Will definitely be back!

The hotel had a special character, which made it different from the average typical hotel. I liked the paintings on the wall.
The ceiling in our room was wet and after taking a shower, somehow all the bathroom was soaked with water.

The double room was small with two very narrow windows, and shower had pressure and temperature issues. Also one has to make sure to be early at breakfast, before the bread runs out! (New bread is not supplied, even when asked!) All in all I would rate this hotel with 3, not 4, stars.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, providing tips for local spots and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting the Colosseum and Roman Forum, both within a short walk. The outdoor area was great for morning coffee. Clean rooms and a fantastic location near public transport.
The area can seem a bit run down, with some litter on the streets, an initial concern, but we didn't face any major issues.

The staff were excellent and friendly, the location is within 100 meters of the tram service which is efficient to the Termini station, the breakfast was lovely and the outside seating by the reception was beautiful.

The breakfast options are rather limited, lacking variety with just sweet pastries and a couple of cold cuts, which might leave you wishing for a heartier start to the day. Noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor can be quite disruptive. Slamming doors and late-night chatter. The air conditioning units can be quite noisy as well, leaving you with no choice but to turn them off while trying to catch some z's. The overall room size seemed cramped, especially for a triple room, which lacked adequate space for moving around comfortably. A lack of hot food at breakfast is disappointing, and to top it off, some amenities like toiletries were not consistently replenished .
